John L. Dwyer John has almost 40 years experience in property as a surveyor and as a founding director of Fisher Stewart (now SMEC Urban); one of Australia's largest development consulting firms. John was Managing Director of the company for 30 years and remained Chairman of the Board until he left to establish DACLAND in 1999. John has a diverse range of experience in property development throughout Australia and was also head of Fisher Stewart‘s International division which operated in South East Asia and China. John also served as Victorian President of the Australian Institution of Surveyors in 1985-86 and was National President in 1995-96. He is currently a fellow of the Institution. |

John C. Dwyer John has worked in the property industry since 1991. His experience ranges from on-site construction management to strategic and statutory planning. John has worked both as a council planner and a consultant, and he also has extensive experience in project managing significant land subdivisions throughout Melbourne. John's roles at DACLAND Management include project sourcing and investigation, financial modelling, acquisition and finance negotiation, and project management. |

Jarran Rapsey Jarran has a background in urban economics and planning, as well as strong connections in the marketing and graphic design industries. Jarran has specialist expertise in the preparation of Development Contributions Plans (DCPs), having been involved in the Victorian Government's 2001/2002 "Review of Development Contributions". Jarran has also been involved in the preparation of numerous DCPs for Local Governments in Victoria and Queensland. Jarran's roles at DACLAND Management include project management, marketing, project feasibility assessments, and negotiations with consultants, local councils and infrastructure providers. |

Tim Chamberlain Tim is a chartered accountant who has worked in many diverse accounting and finance roles across the globe with large multi-national companies such as Microsoft (in Ireland), Gillette (in the United Kingdom), Boeing, Tabcorp, Cadbury Schweppes and Incitec Pivot. He specialises in statutory and tax accounting, and also has a graduate diploma in advance finance. |

Clinton Burke Clinton has over 10 years experience in the property development industry as an Engineer. Prior to commencing with DACLAND, Clinton worked with Coomes Consulting Group (now CPG Australia) and was responsible for the management, design and construction supervision of numerous land development projects across Victoria and New South Wales.

Ken Jellis Ken Jellis has extensive experience in the development and real estate industries. Ken ran his own development and construction business, Jellis Developments, for 25 years, building award winning homes in Melbourne and country Victoria. From 1996 to 2006 Ken worked in real estate sales on a full time basis. Ken has amassed an extensive network of contacts, whose goodwill and expertise he draws on in his role at DACLAND. Ken's primary responsibility is to identify future projects (particularly off-market) and convert them to on-desk projects. Ken’s construction industry experience is also invaluable to the management of DACLAND’s house and land products. |

David Worth David specialises in providing strategic and financial advice to small to medium businesses. He is a Chartered Accountant, with over 35 years experience across diverse industries including transport and logistics and property development and investment. David assists DACLAND in undertaking due diligence and structuring and financing of new projects. He represents investors' interests on several projects, and is also an investor himself. David has overall responsibility for the finance and accounting for DACLAND and its many projects. In addition to his role at DACLAND, David is a director of V/line Corporation Ltd and Oncard International Ltd an ASX listed company. He is also a director of two unlisted property trusts and a director of a financial services business. |

Andrew Quinn Andrew is a partner of the legal firm Quinn & Quinn, based in Brighton, Victoria. He was admitted to practice in 1971 and after three years with a Melbourne firm of solicitors, established his own practice with his brother Geoffrey. Andrew's expertise is in property, commercial and mortgage investment areas. His experience in these areas complements the skills of the other directors of DACLAND Management. |

James Richards Jim is a founding Director of Terrain Capital who has over 20 years corporate advisory experience, specialising in capital raisings, M&A and business sale transactions for ASX-Listed and private companies. Jim is responsible for Terrain Capital's wholesale capital raising services and has extensive knowledge of the Australian wholesale investors' decision making process and the strategies required to gain support from investor Trustees, executives and their Asset Consultants. Jim was also a member of the Victorian Advisory Committee of the Family Business Australia and is experienced in advising family businesses on funding succession and exit strategies. |

Michael Tilley Michael is the managing director and a founding director of Terrain Capital. He has worked in the accounting and finance industries for more than 25 years and he has a broad range of senior advisory and project management experience in all facets of corporate finance. His primary responsibility is the strategic management of Terrain Capital’s business. Michael is Chairman of Lower Murray Water Authority, Vision Super Pty Ltd, Legg Mason Asset Management Special Advisory Committee; member of the Industry Fund Management Pty Ltd Investor Advisory Board and V-Line Passenger Pty Ltd Board. |
