ALEXANDER STREET, Aroona, Queensland

In 2003 DACLAND acquired this strategic parcel of land in Aroona overlooking the golden beaches of Caloundra. The site was proposed to be part of a 45 lot premium infill subdivision with some of the rarest and best views in Caloundra.

DACLAND renovated the existing home on the land and sold it on a small residential allotment. During this time DACLAND also negotiated Development Approval for the balance of the land. Subsequently, adjoining developers and builders took a keen interest in the site and DACLAND on sold the property in 2004.
