EAST BURWOOD GARDENS East Burwood Victoria

This parcel of land in Mahoneys Road, East Burwood was ideally suited to a quality development in an existing residential environment. With an initial proposal to subdivide the land into 30 prestigious residential lots, DACLAND began to prepare detailed schemes for the most appropriate development. During this process, several design and construct consortiums approached DACLAND with proposals to use the site for integrated medium density development of approximately 50 houses. The site was on sold as an en globo parcel and was developed as a medium density housing site.
